I had been considering the idea of buying a second property but didn't know if it was quite possible. I threw the idea out to Carly and within 24 hours she had me pre-approved with a submitted offer. She worked throughout the weekend to advocate for me and always responded to my questions quickly. Even after move-in, Carly checked back in to make sure everything was functioning and completed as promised by the seller. She is truly great at what she does.
